What do approved and unapproved mean?

New testimonials are added to your Senja account as unapproved.

This gives you time to review the testimonial and do the following:

  • Add testimonial highlights

  • Add testimonial tags

  • Correct spelling mistakes

  • Review video transcripts

  • Review consent to share

  • Send a thank you video or thank you gift

Before you approve the testimonial. Read more about approving testimonials.

You can auto-approve testimonials when importing them or by enabling auto-approval at the form level. To enable auto-approval for a form:

  1. Go to your form settings

  2. Enable the 'Auto approve' option

This will automatically publish 4-5 star video reviews to your widget.
