Can I sort testimonials in my dashboard?

When you open your Proof page, you can find the whole list of your testimonials. The question is, is it possible to sort the testimonials?

How the testimonials are sorted in Senja

Testimonials in your dashboard are automatically sorted by date, with the newest testimonials appearing first.

The date referred to here is the date of when the testimonial is given by your customer, not by when you join Senja or when you run the import.

• Testimonial from Senja form: using the date of submission

• Testimonial from Auto-import: the actual date when the customer leave the testimonial in the source platform

• Testimonial from Import from web modal: the actual date when the customer leave the testimonial in the source platform

• Testimonial from Upload spreadsheet modal: the testimonial date mentioned in the CSV

• Testimonial from Manual import: the date that you put when adding the imported details

It's not possible to sort by name, platform, rating, or change the timestamp sorting from oldest to newest.

The workaround

You can use filters to find specific testimonials based on criteria like source, tags, rating, or testimonial type.
