How to find and manage my testimonials

All your testimonials live in the Proof page of your Senja dashboard, where you can view, filter, and manage them.

Finding testimonials

Login to Senja and navigate to the Proof section: https://app.senja.io/

Your testimonials appear here automatically after you collect or import them.

Filter and search

Use the filters at the top to narrow your list:

• Use search bar to find testimonials using natural language, see How natural language search works

• By status: All, Approved, Unapproved, Thanked, and Not thanked

• By Tags

• Click Filter button to see more filtering options, see How do I search or filter testimonials?

Actions you can take

Click any testimonial to access these options:

• Update customer's details: add photo, tagline, email, company, website, or company logo of your customer

• Add a tag: add a label for categorization purpose

• Edit: see the guide How do I edit a testimonial?

• Trim: Resize, trim, or convert format (see How do I edit my video testimonial?)

• Duplicate: copy the selected testimonial

• Delete: remove the selected testimonial

• Share

  • Copy link to testimonial: get a direct link to a public testimonial page

  • Embed testimonial/video: get an embed code to use it in your website

  • Download video: save video testimonials (see How do I download my video testimonials?)

Troubleshooting

Can't find a testimonial? Check your filters and search bar. If it's still missing, it may not have imported correctly—try importing again.

Can't add more testimonials? Free plans limit you to 15 testimonials. Upgrade to Starter ($29/month) or Pro ($59/month) for unlimited testimonials.
