Can I recover a deleted testimonial?
No — deleted testimonials cannot be recovered. Senja performs hard deletes, meaning when a testimonial is deleted, it's permanently removed from the database. There's no trash, archive, or recovery mechanism.
This is applicable for all Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
What to do instead
If you've accidentally deleted a testimonial:
Contact the customer: Ask them to resubmit their testimonial, you can offer a reward to motivate them
Check imports: If the testimonial was originally imported from a platform like G2, Shopify, or Yelp, you may be able to re-import it
Deleted an entire form?
If you deleted an entire form (not just individual testimonials), all testimonials collected through that form are also permanently deleted.

Deletion is permanent. Always verify before confirming any deletion action, as testimonials cannot be restored once deleted.
