How to display an image instead of a video for a testimonial
A testimonial can only have one type of media — either a video or an image, not both. But there's a workaround to transform video into image.
This is applicable to any Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
Why you can't show both
Each testimonial supports a single media type. If a testimonial has a video, there's no way to also attach an image to it.
How to show an image instead
Re-import the testimonial as a text-based one, then link it to the same customer. This gives you two separate testimonials from the same person — one with the video, one where you can add an image.

Open the video testimonial and copy the transcript text
Go to Import > Manual import: https://app.senja.io/import/manual
Add the testimonial as a text-based entry
Put the same customer name and email, so it's linked in the same customer's page
