Troubleshooting common sizzle reels issues
If you're running into issues with creating, editing, or sharing sizzle reels, this article covers the most common problems.
This is applicable to any Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
Video Generation Failed error
If you see a Video Generation Failed error:
Check if the error message mentions credits — if so, you'll need to purchase more to continue
If it's not credit-related, click Retry
If the issue persists after retrying, contact our Support team
No credits left message
If you see a No credits left. Buy more to generate more videos. message:
You've used up both your monthly allowance and any purchased credits
Use the buy more link in the credits banner to top up and continue
Videos cutting off mid-sentence
Our AI Director aims for natural-sounding edits, but occasionally clips a sentence short.
Try regenerating with a more specific Focus in the Direction step
Clearer instructions usually produce a better result
No video output or still-image with audio
Sizzle reels only work with video testimonials that contain actual recorded footage.
If your reel shows a still image with audio, or produces no video at all:
Make sure the testimonials you selected are video recordings, not images or text
Still-images uploaded with audio files can't be animated — you'll need real video testimonials
Go back to Testimonials step in the sizzle reels creation and look for testimonials with the video icon
Selected testimonials not appearing in sizzle reels
If certain selected testimonials are missing from your reel:
Only video testimonials with footage and transcripts can be used by the AI Director
Text-only and image-based testimonials are filtered out automatically
Go back and confirm all selected testimonials have video content
