Video orientation and dimensions in Senja
There are two places in Senja where video matters: welcome videos on your forms and video testimonials collected via form or import.
This is applicable on any Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
How orientation works
Senja automatically detects which device your customer is recording on:
Videos recorded on a mobile phone are displayed in portrait (3:4)
Videos recorded on any other device are displayed in landscape (4:3)
No manual adjustments needed — Senja handles it automatically.

What to recommend to your customers
Portrait (3:4) fills the widget card layout better and tends to feel more personal. If you want testimonials that look great in your widgets, ask customers to record on their phone.
Desktop recordings display in landscape (4:3) and work well for more formal or interview-style testimonials.
