How do I collect testimonials with Senja?

Senja lets you collect text, image, and video testimonials. Video testimonials are automatically transcribed so you can view them as text too.

Before, we also collected audio testimonials, but the end-users adoption was poor, so it's stopped.

Type of testimonials

• Text: written testimonials from your customers, made up of words

• Image: screengrabs or photos containing your customers' testimonials

• Video: recorded testimonials that Senja automatically transcribes
