How do I collect testimonials with Senja?
Senja lets you collect text, image, and video testimonials. Video testimonials are automatically transcribed so you can view them as text too.
Before, we also collected audio testimonials, but the end-users adoption was poor, so it's stopped.
This is applicable for all Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
Type of testimonials
Text — written testimonials from your customers, made up of words
Image — screengrabs or photos containing your customers' testimonials
Video — recorded testimonials that Senja automatically transcribes
