How do I download my video testimonials?

You want to download one or more video testimonials.

Download video(s) from 1 testimonial

1. Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/

2. Choose the testimonial with the video(s) you want to download

3. On the customer page modal, click Share

   

4. Click Download videos

   

5. If you have more than 1 videos in that testimonial:

   • Only individual videos are downloaded

   • The multiclip (auto-merged version) is not included

Download videos in bulk

1. Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/

2. Click the Filter button

3. The filter sidebar will show on the right side

4. Click on the Type filter, set it to Video

   

5. Now your Proof page will show only the testimonials with video

6. Click the check-box next to Filter

   • You can also select the testimonials one by one

7. A popup toolbar will appear in the bottom

8. Click Export

   

9. All videos will be exported as CSV

   • 1 testimonial = 1 line

   • You'll get the link to the video

   • If you have multiple videos in 1 testimonial, all links will be in 1 cell, separated by comma

     

Troubleshooting common download issues

Only the first video is downloaded

If you're only getting the first video when trying to download multiple videos, you need to enable automatic downloads in Chrome.

Solution:

1. Open Chrome Settings (click three-dot menu → Settings)

2. Navigate to Privacy and security → Site settings

3. Find Automatic downloads (under Additional permissions)

4. Choose Sites can ask to automatically download multiple files

   

5. Restart Chrome and try downloading again

Videos not downloading or download fails

If downloads aren't working at all:

1. Check your browser settings: Ensure downloads aren't blocked

2. Clear browser cache: Sometimes cached data interferes with downloads

3. Try a different browser: Test with Firefox or Safari

4. Check your internet connection: Large video files need stable connections

5. Contact support: If videos still won't download, contact Senja Support to provide direct video links

Download button is missing or greyed-out

If you can't find the download option:

• For video testimonials: Use the Share → Download videos method from the customer page

• For bulk downloads: Filter by Video first, then select testimonials to export

• Refresh the page: Sometimes the interface needs to reload to show current options
