How do I download (export) my video testimonials?

You want to download one or more video testimonials.

Here's how to download (export) video testimonials.

1. Click on the search icon

2. Click on Video

This will filter to video testimonials

3. Close the search modal

4. Select the video testimonials you want to download

5. Here I have selected two video testimonials

6. Click on Export

Your download will begin. Use the link in the file to open and download the video

Alternative Method: Download from Individual Testimonial

You can also download videos directly from an individual customer's testimonial page:

1. Click on the customer whose video you want to download

2. On the customer page, click Share

3. Click Download videos

Troubleshooting Common Download Issues

Only the First Video Downloads (Chrome Multiple Downloads)

If you're only getting the first video when trying to download multiple videos, you need to enable automatic downloads in Chrome.

Solution:

1. Open Chrome Settings (click three-dot menu → Settings)

2. Navigate to "Privacy and security" → "Site Settings"

3. Find "Automatic downloads"

4. Allow sites to download multiple files automatically

5. Restart Chrome and try downloading again

Getting CSV Files Instead of MP4 Videos

If you're receiving CSV files instead of video files, you're likely using the wrong export function.

The difference:

• CSV Export: Downloads testimonial data (text, ratings, customer info) in spreadsheet format

• Video Download: Downloads the actual MP4 video files

To download videos (not CSV):

• Use the method described above (filter by Video → select testimonials → Export)

• Or go to individual customer page → Share → Download videos

To export testimonial data:

• Use the three-dot menu → "Export all to CSV" for bulk text export

Downloading Multiple Videos from a Single Testimonial

When a customer submits multiple video responses (answering different questions), you can download all videos at once.

Steps:

1. Go to the customer's testimonial page

2. Click Share

3. Click Download videos

4. All videos will download one after the other (this may take a few moments)

Note: If only the first video downloads, ensure you've enabled multiple downloads in Chrome (see above).

Videos Not Downloading or Download Fails

If downloads aren't working at all:

1. Check your browser settings: Ensure downloads aren't blocked

2. Clear browser cache: Sometimes cached data interferes with downloads

3. Try a different browser: Test with Firefox or Safari

4. Check your internet connection: Large video files need stable connections

5. Contact support: If videos still won't download, we can provide direct video links

Download Button Missing or Grayed Out

If you can't find the download option:

• For video testimonials: Use the Share → Download videos method from the customer page

• For bulk downloads: Filter by "Video" first, then select testimonials to export

• Refresh the page: Sometimes the interface needs to reload to show current options
