Does Senja receive partial form submissions?
When your customer is leaving testimonial in your form, but doesn't finish the submission until clicking Submit, the testimonial will not go to your Proof page.
This is applicable for any Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
When do form submissions appear in your dashboard?
You only see an entry in your dashboard when a user completes all form questions
Your customer must complete the form by clicking the final Submit button
Can clients resume incomplete submissions?
No, clients cannot resume an incomplete testimonial submission. Once they leave the form, they must start over from the beginning.
Can I restore an incomplete submission?
When the customers pass the About you page and enter their name, there's a high possibility that the testimonials are saved in the background

You will need a written consent from your customers for Senja to release the testimonial (if it's possible to rescue)
How are partial video testimonials handled?
These videos will not appear in your dashboard
Incomplete video testimonials are most likely saved in our system after upload, even when the customer doesn't complete the form
You can contact us at any time to retrieve them, we will investigate if it's possible or not to rescue it
How can you recover unsubmitted video testimonials?
Go to your Proof page
Export the whole testimonials following How do I download my testimonials?
Check the CSV to see if there's any video submitted
If they are present, open the video link and download the video file
Import it manually to your Senja dashboard following How can I manually import video testimonials?
How can you prevent incomplete submissions?
Do not change the button in the middle of the form from Continue to Submit. Keep the Submit button in the end of the form only.
