How do I customize my form design?

You can customize your form design to match your brand and collect the right information. This includes changing colors, logos, copy, questions, and more.

What you can customize

• Rewards

• The whole text (questions, buttons, placeholders)

• Testimonial type (text or video)

• Spokesperson avatar

• Logo

• Primary color (applied to the buttons)

• Font face for the heading and body

• Page layout (wide or compact)

• Button style (fancy or plain)

• Senja branding (can be removed on paid plans)

• Form slug and URL

• Form tags

• Thank you email's copy

Open your form

• Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

• Go to the form, click the ⚙️ icon and choose Edit

  

• Setup the gift you want for your customers in Reward tab (detailed steps here)

  

• Always click Save changes before moving to different tab

• Set your questions in Form tab

  

• If you want to change your design (logo, color, font), stay in the Form tab and click the Design subtab

  

• In Settings tab, you can set:

  • Form slug: update the last part of your form's URL

  • Slack notification: enable native Slack notification when your customers submit testimonials via this form

  • Transcribe video testimonials: create video transcription automatically

  • Approve testimonials: automatically approve testimonials submitted via this form

  • Prompt for landscape recording on mobile: ask customers to rotate their device when recording via mobile phone

  • Tag collected testimonials: automatically tag testimonials submitted via this form

  • Translate collected testimonials: automatically translate testimonials submitted via this form to the language that you want

  • Send thank you email: setup the automated thank you email that will be sent after someone submits a testimonial via this form

  • Stop collecting new submissions: close this form from any submissions
