Why did I get a renewal notice after I was gifted my next month free?
In some cases, Senja is gifting a free paid plan for the upcoming month.
Users with Free plan will not receive any renewal notice. If you are on Starter or Pro, you will still receive this renewal notice.
Why did I get a renewal notice for my free month?
This email is an automated reminder from Stripe. Stripe sends these notices by default for all subscriptions.
Will you be charged?
No, you will not be charged. Your invoice for the next month is $0. You can ignore this automated notice.
If you are still charged in your gifted-month, contact Senja Support to request a refund.
