How do I change my Senja plan?
You can change your Senja plan without the needs to wait until the end of billing period. Any adjustment in the payment amount will be calculated automatically by Stripe, so you won't lose any value.
This is applicable to any Senja plans (Free, Starter, and Pro).
Changing from Free plan to paid plan
Go to your Billing page: https://app.senja.io/billing
Click Upgrade your plan to get started
You will be directed to Upgrade your plan page: https://app.senja.io/upgrade
Choose the period that you want (Monthly or Yearly)
Click Upgrade now in the plan that you want (Starter or Pro)
Complete your payment in the checkout page, input promotion code (if any) and then click Pay and subscribe when you're done
Changing from 1 paid plan to another
This is applicable for upgrading from Starter to Pro or from Monthly to Yearly, and vice versa, downgrading from Pro to Starter or from Yearly to Monthly.
If you have time left on your current paid plan, Stripe automatically calculates the unused portion and applies it as a credit toward your new plan. This happens on both upgrades and downgrades.
The days remaining on your current plan convert into a $ balance
That balance is deducted from your next invoice
For example: 1 month left on a yearly Starter plan is worth a $24.2 balance, which gets subtracted from your new plan's billing.
This is how you upgrade/downgrade your Senja plan:
Go to your Billing page: https://app.senja.io/billing
Click Change plan
You will be directed to Upgrade your plan page: https://app.senja.io/upgrade
Choose the period that you want (Monthly or Yearly)
Click Upgrade now in the plan that you want (Starter or Pro)
On the popup, click Change Plan
Another way to do it:
Click Manage subscription
Click Update subscription
Choose your new plan and click Continue when you're done
The Continue button will change from grey to black (clickable) when you select a plan that is different with your current plan.
How do I move from paid plan to Free plan?
If you need to temporarily stop billing for a few months, you can cancel your paid plan to downgrade to the Free plan.
