How to switch from an annual to a monthly subscription
This article explains how to switch your Senja subscription from an annual to a monthly billing cycle. This can be useful if you need more flexibility in your payments or if you're experiencing billing issues with the annual plan.
This is applicable for Senja paid plans: Starter, and Pro.
Before you begin
When you switch from an annual to a monthly plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the monthly rate for the upcoming month, and your billing cycle will be adjusted accordingly.
Switching to a monthly subscription
Follow these steps to change your subscription from an annual to a monthly plan:
Go to the Billing page in your Senja account
On the billing page, click on the Change plan button
You will see a pricing table with options for Monthly and Yearly billing
Click on the Monthly tab
Select your current plan from the list
The button will say Switch to monthly billing, if you keep current plan, or Upgrade now, if you choose to upgrade the plan
A confirmation dialog will appear, showing the amount you'll be charged for the next month
Click on Change Plan to confirm
That's it! Your subscription has been successfully switched to a monthly billing cycle. Your next invoice will reflect the new monthly rate.
Alternative method: Managing your subscription via Stripe
If your subscription is managed by Stripe, you may also see a Manage subscription button on the Billing page.
Clicking this button will open the Stripe billing portal, where you can manage your subscription details, including the billing cycle.
