What happens after I collect more than 15 testimonials?

The Free plan includes 15 testimonials (text and video combined). This is a total limit that doesn't reset monthly.

What counts toward your limit

• Every text testimonial you collect or import

• Every video testimonial you collect or import

• Testimonials automatically imported from your website

When you hit 15 testimonials

Once you reach your Free plan limit:

• Forms keep working

  • People can still submit testimonials to your form

  • The testimonials go into your Proof page, but it will be hidden

    

  • You can unlock the testimonials by upgrading your plan

• Auto-imports keep working

  • Automatic imports continue running

  • The testimonials go into your Proof page, but it will be hidden

  • You can unlock the testimonials by upgrading your plan

• Other imports are not working

  • You can run Import from web and Manual import

  • Your dashboard will show the list of testimonials

  • After selecting testimonials and click Import testimonials, you need to upgrade before the import runs

    

• Upload spreadsheet is working

  • You can upload testimonials from CSV/XLS

  • The testimonials go into your Proof page, but it will be hidden

  • You can unlock the testimonials by upgrading your plan

• Widgets keep working

  • Your widgets and Walls of Love stay in the Studio

  • The selected testimonials are still displayed in the widgets and Walls of Love

  • Hidden testimonials will not be included in the widgets or Walls of Love (in the case where you use Auto-add method in your widgets' Select Testimonials section)
