What happens after I collect more than 15 testimonials?
The Free plan includes 15 testimonials (text and video combined). This is a total limit that doesn't reset monthly.
This limit only applies to Free plan users. Starter ($29/month) and Pro ($59/month) plans have no testimonial limits.
What counts toward your limit

When you hit 15 testimonials
These keep working, but new testimonials are hidden
New testimonials still arrive on your Proof page, but they're hidden until you upgrade.
Forms: people can still submit testimonials
Upload spreadsheet: you can still upload testimonials from a CSV or XLS file
These need an upgrade before they run
Import from web and Manual import: you can still search and select testimonials, but after you click Import testimonials, you'll need to upgrade before the import runs
Your widgets keep working
Your widgets and Walls of Love stay in Studio
Testimonials you've already selected are still displayed
Hidden testimonials aren't added to widgets or Walls of Love, even if you use the Auto-add method in the Select Testimonials section
Moved to Free from a paid plan? Auto-import is a paid feature, so it stops running on the Free plan. See How to auto-import testimonials from other platforms.
Deleting or unapproving old testimonials won't unlock hidden ones. You need to upgrade to access testimonials beyond the 15-limit.
