What happens when a payment fails?
If your recurring payment fails, Stripe automatically attempts to charge your card again. This process involves several retries over a period.
What if retries also fail?
If all retries are unsuccessful, your current subscription will automatically be canceled.
Once your subscription is canceled, you may not be able to resubscribe at your old price. To avoid this, please update your payment information as soon as possible. For more information, see our article on Can I reactivate my subscription at the old price?.
How can you resubscribe?
You can always upgrade your subscription directly within the Senja dashboard from the billing page.
