My coupon code is not showing after submitting a video testimonial!
We're so grateful that you took the time to leave us a video testimonial. Some users have reported that they are not able to find their coupon code after submitting a video testimonial. We've outlined some of the most common reasons for this below.
Most common reasons for missing coupon codes
Billing issue. If you're on a discounted plan, we will issue you an account credit instead of a coupon code. This will be automatically applied to any future charges.
Payout bonus. If you're a part of our referral program, we will add your payout bonuses to FirstPromoter. We do payouts every 15th of the month.
You were not charged for the first month. In some cases, you might not have been charged for your first month. In this case, we have issued a refund.
The coupon code is for a specific product. In some cases, the coupon code might be for a specific product. For example, if you're a part of our affiliate program, you might have a coupon code for our Starter plan.
