Once you've collected or imported testimonials, you can easily find and manage them within your Senja account. This guide will walk you through the process of locating, viewing, and organizing your testimonials.
Finding Your Testimonials
Your main dashboard is the central hub for all your testimonials. Here's how to access it:
Log in to your Senja account at app.senja.io.
Your testimonials will be listed on Proof tab.
If you haven't added any testimonials yet, you'll see a message prompting you to import them. You can learn more about importing testimonials by reading our guides on the topic.
Filtering and Searching Your Testimonials
You can easily filter and search your testimonials to find specific ones.
Filter by type: Use the tabs at the top of the page to filter testimonials by "All," "Text," "Video," or "Case Study."
Filter by collection: Use the "Collections" filter to view testimonials that you have tagged and grouped together.
Search: Use the search bar to find testimonials using natural language.
Managing Individual Testimonials
You can perform several actions on each testimonial:
Copy Link: Get a direct link to a public page for the testimonial.
Create Image: Generate a branded image from the testimonial text.

Copy Text: Copy the testimonial text to your clipboard.
Editing and Reverting Video Testimonials
You can edit video testimonials by resizing, trimming, or converting their format. If you need to revert a video edit (for example, if you trimmed the wrong part), contact our support team and we'll restore the original version for you.

Important: Video edits cannot be undone by yourself. If you make a mistake while editing, contact support immediately to restore the original version.
Magic Videos and Multiple Video Testimonials
When using the Magic Video creator with testimonials that contain multiple videos (where a customer answered several questions with separate video responses), please note this current limitation:
Current Limitation: When a testimonial set contains multiple videos, only the primary (first) video will be available for selection in Magic Videos. The ability to use all videos from a multi-video testimonial set is currently in development.
To create Magic Videos with multiple customer responses, you'll need to select testimonials that each have a single video, or use only the primary video from multi-video testimonials.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What if I can't find a testimonial?
If you're having trouble finding a testimonial, try using the search bar or checking your filters. If you still can't find it, it's possible that it was not imported correctly. You may need to try importing it again.
Why can't I add any more testimonials?
Your plan may have a limit on the number of testimonials you can have. If you've reached your limit, you'll need to upgrade your account to add more.
