Submitting multiple testimonials or updating an existing one
If you've already submitted a testimonial through a Senja form and need to submit another one or fix a mistake in your original, here's what you can do.
Submitting another testimonial
You can submit additional testimonials at any time using the same form link or a different form if the business has sent you one.
Each submission is saved as a separate testimonial—your new one won't replace the previous one.
If the business has multiple forms (for different products or services), you can submit one testimonial per form.
Updating a testimonial you already submitted
If you need to fix a typo or change content in a testimonial you've already sent, contact the business directly and ask them to update it.
They can manually edit your testimonial with the correct information.
When requesting an update, include details about your original testimonial (like the date or content) so the business can find it quickly.
