You want to delete a testimonial. Don’t worry, Senja.io makes it easy.
How to prevent testimonials from being re-imported
Instead of deleting a testimonial, change its status to "unapproved". This prevents it from being re-imported if the original source is still active.
The system won't re-import testimonials already in your account. You can filter your widgets and Wall of Love to only show approved testimonials.
Here’s how to do it:
1. Head to https://app.senja.io/
2. Click on the testimonial you want to delete
Select it:
3. Navigate to the delete icon.
You can find it here:
4. Click on delete
You do this by selecting the red trash can icon
5. Confirm you want to delete the testimonial
This will delete the testimonial permanently
6. You did it!
It’s time for your happy dance. The testimonial is officially deleted ✅
