This article explains our policy regarding subscription reactivation and pricing.
Reactivating your subscription
When you reactivate a subscription, it will be at the current pricing. We do not support old pricing for new or reactivated subscriptions.
Resubscribing after a payment failure
If your subscription was canceled due to a payment failure, you may be able to resubscribe at your old price.
If you were on our Starter plan, you can use the promo code STARTERLEGACY at checkout to keep your old pricing. If you have already resubscribed at the new price, please contact our support team, and we will issue a refund and apply a coupon to your subscription so you will be billed at your old price moving forward.
