How do I send a thank you note?
It is important to thank customers for sharing a testimonial.
Senja's thank you feature allows you to:
Record and send your customer a video thank you, and mark a testimonial as thanked
Or, mark a testimonial as thanked when you have thanked the customer outside of Senja
Send a thank you note
Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/
Choose the customer/testimonial you want to thank
Click Thank customer
On the popup, review the message
If you're not happy with it, follow the guide in How do I customize the thank you email to update it
You can also record/upload a thank you video
Click Send thank you when it's done
It is now marked as thanked
Notes
The Thank customer function will not work if:
You already send a thank you note (automated by the form, or manual sending)
There is no email address in the customer's details
