How do I collect testimonials?

Senja lets you collect text, image, and video testimonials. Video testimonials are automatically transcribed so you can view them as text too.

Before, we also collected audio testimonials, but the end-users adoption was poor, so it's stopped.

Type of testimonials

Text testimonials

Text testimonials are written testimonials from your customers. They are made up of words.

You can collect these in Senja using Forms, Import, and Senja Chrome extension.

Image testimonials

Image testimonials can be a screengrab or image/photos containing your customers' testimonials.

You can collect these in Senja using Import and Senja Chrome extension.

Video testimonials

Video testimonials are recorded testimonials from your customers. They are made up of videos.

Senja automatically transcribes your video testimonials.

You can collect these in Senja using Forms, Import, and Senja Chrome extension.

Collection methods

You can collect testimonials in 3 ways:

1. Collection forms

Every Senja account includes a default testimonial collection form. Forms make it easy for customers to leave text and video testimonials.

Once you've created a form, you can share it with customers:

2. Importing

Import testimonials from platforms like Google, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, Product Hunt, and G2. See the Import Testimonials collection for import guides.
