What do approved and unapproved mean?
When someone submits a testimonial, Senja marks it as unapproved so you can review it before sharing.
Before you begin: You’ll need access to the form settings if you want to enable auto-approval.
Approved testimonials
Can be seen in all accounts
Can be seen in the Chrome Extension
Can be used in the Studio
Can be shared with a link
Unapproved testimonials
Can be seen in your account
Cannot be used in the Studio
Can be shared with the share link
Where do you see the status?
Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/
On the right side of each block, you can see if it's approved or unapproved
Click on the testimonials to read/review the testimonial
How to approve unapproved testimonials in bulk
Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/
Filter the status to show only Unapproved ones
Select all, using the checkbox next to Filter
You can also select some of them by clicking the checkbox one by one
Click Approve on the bottom popup toolbar
You can also unapprove approved testimonials using the same way.
Enable auto-approval for a form
Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms
Edit your form
Go to Settings tab
Enable (put the toggle on) the Approve testimonials
This will automatically publish 4-5 star video reviews to your widget.
Tip: You can also enable auto-approval during imports to publish testimonials without manual review.
