How to move testimonials between different Senja accounts?

If you have multiple accounts in Senja that is not in the same project, you can move the content manually from one account to another.

Transferring the form

You cannot transfer a Senja form from one account to another. The only thing you can do is:

• Login to the secondary account

• Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

• Edit the form you want to "move"

• Open a new tab, login to the main account that you want to use

• Create a new form in this account with the old form (opened in different tab) as an example

Transferring the testimonials

• Login to the secondary account

• Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/

• Follow How do I download my testimonials? to export the whole testimonials as CSV

• Login to the main account that you want to use

• Go to Import → Upload spreadsheet

• Upload the CSV from the export

Transferring the widgets or Walls of Love

You cannot transfer a Senja widget or Wall of Love from one account to another. What you can do:

• Login to the secondary account

• Go to your Studio page: https://app.senja.io/studio

• Open the widget/Wall of Love that you want to "move"

• Open a new tab, login to the main account that you want to use

• Create a new widget/Wall of Love in this account with the old widget/Wall of Love (opened in different tab) as an example

How to request a transfer

If you need our help with this, you can contact Senja Support team with:

• The email address for the source account (where testimonials currently are)

• The email address for the destination account (where you want them moved)

• Which testimonials you want transferred (or specify all)
