How do I change/reset my password?
In case you cannot login to your Senja dashboard because you forget your password or you just want to change it to a new one, follow this guide. For security reasons, we cannot do this for you.
It's applicable to all Senja plan: Free, Starter, and Pro.
Changing to a new password
If you remember the email address you use for Senja:
Login to your account
Go to the Account page: https://app.senja.io/account
Update your password
Resetting forgotten password
Go to Senja login page: https://senja.io
Click on Forgot Password?
Follow the reset password flow on this page
Another way of doing it:
Go here: https://app.senja.io/reset-password
Enter the email address that you use for Senja account
Check your email inbox and follow the instructions
Don't see the reset email? Check your spam/junk folder.
