What is the Feedback page?
Not everything customers tell you belongs on your website. The Feedback page collects the private feedback from your Senja forms in one place, so you can read it, learn from it, and follow up, without it ending up in your Proof page.
This is available on all Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
Where to find it
Click Feedback in the left sidebar, under Manage, or go to: https://app.senja.io/feedback
The number next to Your Feedback shows how much feedback you've received in total
What lands on the Feedback page
Feedback comes from two parts of your Senja forms. Both only show up here if you've turned them on in your form.
Low ratings
When a customer gives 3 stars or fewer and your form has a negative feedback page turned on, they're asked what went wrong instead of being asked for a testimonial.
Their answer and star rating go to the Feedback page, not the Proof page
You won't see who left it
They answer before reaching the About you page, so Senja doesn't have their name or email yet
These show as Your customer
Private feedback question
If your form has a private feedback question, customers can share something just with you, separately from their testimonial.
Their answer goes to the Feedback page, and their testimonial still goes to the Proof page as usual
You'll see who left it, because they've already filled in the About you page
What each feedback card shows
Who left it: the customer's name, or Your customer for low ratings
When it was left
The form it came from
The feedback itself
The star rating, if there is one
Find specific feedback
Use the All forms dropdown to see feedback from one form only
Use the search bar to search by name, email, or what the customer wrote
Delete feedback
Click the trash icon on the right of the feedback card
Low ratings are a chance to win a customer back. If the feedback came through the private feedback question, you have their details, so reach out and see what you can fix.
