Collect testimonials in Kajabi

There are 2 ways to collect testimonials in Kajabi: Embed a Senja form inside your course or send automated invite emails via auto-collect

This is applicable on all Senja plans, except for the auto-collect method which requires paid plan.

Embed a form inside your course

You can embed a Senja form directly into any lesson — at the end of your course, or earlier. Embedding it earlier usually gets you more testimonials.

If you are using Classic Form, watch the video to see how to get the embed code from your form
For Forms 2.0, go to your Forms page in Senja: https://app.senja.io/forms
Click Share on the form that you want to use
You'll be directed to Trigger page
Choose Manual > Embed
Copy the embed code under Your Code Snippet
Go to your Kajabi dashboard
Click on source code icon </>
Paste your form embed code
Click on Ok
Your form is live in your course
You're now collecting testimonials 24/7 inside your course!

Auto-collect sends a testimonial request email to your students when something happens in your Kajabi account.

Available triggers:

Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms
Edit the form you want to use
Go to Trigger tab
Click Automatic > Courses
Find the Kajabi box > Connect
Click Save changes
Update the Zap to reflect your preferences for the trigger and invites
Once a trigger fires, Senja will:
- Send a testimonial request email to that student
- Send follow-up reminders automatically to collect even more testimonials
- You can view all invites sent at app.senja.io/forms/d/invites

Once you've collected testimonials, you can display them on your Kajabi website or inside course lessons using Senja widgets.

Create a widget from your testimonials in Senja, copy the embed code, then paste it into a Custom Code section in Kajabi.
