How do I use form invites?

Use form invites when you want to ask specific customers for a testimonial by email. The current flow lets you send invites to one customer or several at once from the same form.

Who can use this: Any Senja account that can use Senja forms and invite customers to submit a testimonial

Send form invites

  1. Go to Forms https://app.senja.io/forms and open the form you want to use

  2. Click Share

  3. This will redirect you to the Trigger tab

  4. Choose Campaign to invite customers by email

  5. In Choose Recipients, search for existing customers or add new ones

    • If it's a new one, type the email address and click + when you're done

    • If you've sent a form invitation to this customer before, type the name or email address (suggestion dropdown will appear)

    • You can add more than 1 customer on the field

  6. Review the recipients and invite details

  7. Click Send 1 Invitation or Send x Invitations, depending on how many recipients you selected

Check sent invites

  • After you send the invite, Senja adds it to your Invites list so you can track what was sent
