How do I download my testimonials?

You can download the testimonials from Senja dashboard, either only 1 testimonial or multiple testimonials.

Download testimonials

• Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/

• Use the checkbox to select 1 or multiple testimonials

• Click Export on the bottom popup toolbar

  

• Your testimonials will be downloaded in CSV

  • If it has multiple questions/answers, the text testimonials will be shown in 1 cell, separated by comma

  • If it has multiple videos, the video testimonials will be shown in 1 cell, separated by comma

Download specific testimonials

• Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/

• Set the Filter to show specific testimonials

  

• Click the checkbox next to Filter button to select all

  • For example here it's set to have video testimonials only

• Click Export on the bottom popup toolbar

  

• Your testimonials will be downloaded in CSV

  • If it has multiple questions/answers, the text testimonials will be shown in 1 cell, separated by comma

  • If it has multiple videos, the video testimonials will be shown in 1 cell, separated by comma

Download all testimonials

• Go to your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/

• Click the 3-dots next to Invite a customer

• Click Export all to CSV

  

• Your testimonials will be downloaded in CSV

  • If it has multiple questions/answers, the text testimonials will be shown in 1 cell, separated by comma

  • If it has multiple videos, the video testimonials will be shown in 1 cell, separated by comma
