How to set up and use your brand kit
Save your logos, spokespeople, colors, fonts and videos once in your brand kit, then pick them from a list whenever you build a form, widget, Wall of Love or testimonial image. Anything you add from a form is saved to your brand kit too.
Brand kit is available on paid plans: Starter and Pro.
What you can save

Add or remove assets
Your brand kit lives in your project settings, so each project has its own.
Go to Settings → Brand Kit
Click Add new under the section you want
Upload your file or enter your details
Click Save if you see it (some assets save automatically)
To remove an asset:
Click the three dots at the top right of the asset
Click Delete, then Delete again to confirm
Logos and spokespeople
Use images of at least 640 × 640px, but 1080 × 1080px looks best.
In your form
Open your form and go to the Form tab → Design
Pick a Logo or Spokesperson from your saved ones, or add a new one
To show none, click the selected image to deselect it
A logo or spokesperson you add here is saved to your brand kit.
In your confirmation email
Open your form and go to the Settings tab
Click Confirmation email to expand it
Click the avatar placeholder and choose a saved logo or spokesperson, or upload a new one
In a thank you message
ou can thank a customer from your Proof page or from Thank Yous page. The message shows your spokesperson and logo.
Open the testimonial on your Proof page
Click Thank customer
To leave out the logo or spokesperson, click the ✖️ on its thumbnail
Click Send thank you
In Walls of Love and testimonial images
Your saved logos are ready to pick when you design a Wall of Love, or create testimonial images in Studio.
Your Templates
Save image templates to reuse when you create testimonial images in Studio → Images, testimonial notifications and Zaps.
Welcome and thank you videos
Every video you record or upload is saved to your brand kit. Removing a video from a form keeps it in your brand kit for later.
Welcome video
Open your form, go to the Form tab and scroll to Welcome page
Record or upload a video
To swap it, click Change welcome video and record, upload or pick a saved one
To take it off the form, click Remove welcome video
Thank you video
Set your thank you video on your Thank Yous page. Record a new one, upload one, or pick one saved in your brand kit.
Colors
Give each color a purpose (Primary, Text, Rating or Share page), or choose None to keep it handy.
In your Brand Kit, add a color with its HEX code
Set its purpose
Click Save
To use your brand colors, click any color thumbnail and pick one. You can still choose a different color, or click ➕ to add more brand colors. You'll find the color thumbnails here:
Forms: Form tab → Design
Widgets: Design → Colors
Walls of Love: Design → Branding
Fonts
Pick any font from Google Fonts and set its Font type to Heading, Body or None.
In your Brand Kit, choose a font
Set the Font type
Click Save
Your brand fonts show at the top of every font dropdown, and you can still pick any other font. You'll find the font dropdowns here:
Forms: Form tab → Design
Widgets: Design → Typography → Font
Walls of Love: Design → Branding → Font
