How many reels credit do I have?
Unlike widgets and Walls of Love, you have limited credit for reel credits. You can extend your reel credits with a purchase.
This is applicable to any Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro.
Credit system
Proof Reels runs on a credit system. You have two types:
Monthly allowance:
Free plan: 3 reel credits at signup, with no monthly refill
Starter and Pro plan: 5 free credits included with your plan, resets to 5 credits every month (not adding 5 more)
Purchased credits: bought anytime, never expire, $10 for 10 reel credits
You can see your reels credits balance when you open a reel:
Hover on top of Render & download button
A popup will appear, informing you on the credits you have remaining
If you have an existing purchased reel credits, it will stay in your project as is. The reel credits stay per project, not per account.
How credits are charged
You will be charged based on the duration of your reel
0 - 1 minute video: 1 credit
1 - 2 minutes video: 2 credits
2 - 3 minutes video: 3 credits
Credits are charged for rendering and downloading after an edit
Once you download a reel, the Render & download button will turn into Download button with 0 credit
If the Render & download fails, your credit will stay as is (you are not charged)
When you make any changes after a download, it will count as new reel (new version), you will be charged for another Render & download
How to buy more credits
Go to Proof Reels page and open a reel
Click Buy credits and you'll be directed to the payment page
