How many forms can I have?
Form limits are based on your plan and count only the forms that you have now on your dashboard.
Free plan: 1 form
Starter plan: 3 forms
Pro plan: unlimited forms
Key points:
Form limits are not based on all-time creation
Deleting a form will free up a slot
You can create a new form after deleting one
Deleted forms can't be restored
Example: Free plan (1 form limit) → create a form → delete it → you can still create another form
You may have a different form for a different product, service or use case. For example you might have a form to collect customer testimonials for product A, a form for product B, and a form to collect employee testimonials.
What is the difference between Classic Form and Form 2.0?
Classic Form is simple form that allow you to collect one video clip or text response.
Form 2.0 (sometimes called multi-step form) allows you to ask multiple questions and collect multiple answers.
This is very powerful for directing your customer, and collecting more useful and persuasive testimonials.
