How to create Form 2.0

Create your form

1. Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

2. Click + Create new

3. Choose Forms 2.0

   

4. Set the reward you want to give to your customer when they submit a testimonial in the Reward tab (details here)

   

5. Add your questions in Form tab

   

6. Update your general setup in Settings tab

   

7. Setup the emails that will be sent to your customer in Emails tab

   

8. When you're ready, choose the way of sharing the form to your customer in Trigger tab

   

9. Once you are happy with your form, click the Save changes button to make it live

Adding multiple questions

Once you've created a new form, you can add multiple questions to it:

1. On the form editor page, you will see a Form section

2. Click the Add a question button to add a new question

3. You can choose between different question types, such as text, video, and rating

4. Add as many questions as you need by repeating the process

5. You can reorder questions by dragging and dropping them
