How do I use form invites?

You can use testimonial invites to invite your customers to a form. You can also track the status of the invite to see if and when the customer left a testimonial.

Sending the invites

1. Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

2. Click Share

   

3. You will be directed to the Trigger tab in form editing modal

4. Click Campaign

5. Choose Invite using email or Invite in bulk via CSV/XLSX

   • You can also choose to send the invite using your email marketing platform

   

An example: sending to 1 customer

1. Choose Invite using email

2. Add your customer's name and email address

3. Click Next

   

4. The screen will ask your confirmation, click Send Invite

   

5. Your invitation is sent and will be listed on Forms > Invites page
