How do I customize (edit) my form design?

Senja users have a form to make it simple to collect video and text testimonials from customers.

You can easily edit your testimonial collection form. This includes:

  • The type of testimonials you ask for: text or video
  • The logo and design of your form
  • Your welcome and thank you page copy
  • The questions you ask
  • How the form tags testimonials
  • Your form rewards
  • Your form language
  • Your form slug + URL
  • Removing the Senja branding
  • The button colour

# Click on Forms on the menu

And then select edit on the form you want to customize

1. Click on Edit

2. Click on Design

You will be presented with a screen. On the right you will see your form. On the left you will see your customization options. Here you can change the form design.

3. Click on Welcome page

Here you can change the copy on your welcome page

4. Click on Response page

Here you can change the responses you collect from customers

5. Click on Customer details page

Here you can choose the details you ask customers

6. Click on Save changes

Continue working through to headings to fully customize your form. Then click on Save changes when you're happy.
