How do I send a thank you gift?
Thank you gifts are also known as testimonial rewards.
You can use an automation to send your customers a thank you gift when they leave you a testimonial.
Why send a gift?
Here's some reasons you might send a customer a gift:
Because you offered a gift to incentivize the customer to leave a testimonial
To "close the loop" after inviting a customer to leave a testimonial
To generate goodwill and word-of-mouth by delighting your customer
What can I send?
An example: Trigger an email with a $10 gift code from Tremendous each time you receive a testimonial. Here's some more examples of what you can send:

What should trigger the gift being sent?
We recommend sending a thank you gift when an a testimonial is approved rather then received. This ensures you can review the testimonial before the gift is sent.
