Can I automate thank you videos?

It is not currently possible to automate thank you videos inside Senja.

You can upvote this feature request on our feedback board here.

We recommend sending personalised videos to customers, or uploading the same pre-recorded video, but editing the thank you message.

Why not automate?

We encourage you not to automate as personalized thank yous are a great way to show appreciation and build deeper relationships with customers.

When customers feel appreciated, they’re more likely to refer others, and be more responsive if you send future requests (like asking for a video testimonial or case study).
