What are video transcriptions?

You want to understand video transcriptions.

Senja automatically transcribes all video testimonials for you.

Here’s how you view and edit your video transcription:

Go to https://app.senja.io/

1. Click on a video testimonial

Choose a testimonial from your Customers

2. Your video testimonial is already transcribed

If it’s not there, give it some time. There may be a processing delay given the size of the video ⌚

3. You can edit your video transcriptions by clicking Edit

This is the pencil icon located under the transcript. It will open a few transcription options, including an Edit Transcript button.

4. Transcription editing is available line by line

You can correct or add to any transcriptions using the text fields.

5. Totally off base?

If your transcription needs revisiting, you can click the 🔁 to regenerate, or you can upload an SRT file
