My project shows as "free" even though I paid
Your project may show as free even after payment. This commonly happens when the person who paid for the subscription is not the project owner. The subscription is linked to the account of the person who paid.
Is the subscriber different from the project owner?
If the person who subscribed to the paid plan is not the owner of the project, the subscription won't be active on that project. You can resolve this by either changing the project owner to be the subscriber, or by transferring the subscription to the project owner. Please contact support to get this fixed.
Troubleshooting plan upgrade issues
If your plan upgrade is not reflected after your payment, here are a few things you can check:
Wait for payment to process: Sometimes there can be a short delay between your payment and your plan being upgraded. Please wait a few minutes and check again.
Verify your account: Make sure you are logged into the same account you used to purchase the upgrade. If you have multiple accounts, it's possible you upgraded a different one by mistake.
Check your billing page: Your billing page is the most accurate source of information about your subscription status. You can check it to confirm if the upgrade was successful.
