Why does my project show as free?

Your project may show as free even after payment. This happens when the person who paid for the subscription is not the project owner. The subscription is linked to the subscriber's account.

How can I resolve this issue?

You have two main options to resolve this. You can change the project owner. Alternatively, you can transfer the subscription.

Change the project owner

We can make the subscriber the owner of the project. This links the subscription directly to the project.

Transfer the subscription

We can transfer your subscription to the current project owner. This changes who the subscription is linked to in our system. It does not affect your billing or notifications.
