What happens after I collect more than 15 testimonials?
The Free plan includes 15 testimonials (text and video combined). This is a total limit that doesn't reset monthly.
This limit only applies to Free plan users. Starter ($29/month) and Pro ($59/month) plans have no testimonial limits.
What counts toward your limit
Every text testimonial you collect or import
Every video testimonial you collect or import
Testimonials automatically imported from your website
When you hit 15 testimonials
Once you reach your Free plan limit:
New testimonials get hidden — they're collected but not visible in your account
Forms keep working — people can still submit testimonials
Imports keep working — automatic imports continue running
Widgets keep working — your existing testimonials still display normally
Deleting or unapproving old testimonials won't unlock hidden ones. You need to upgrade to access testimonials beyond the 15-limit.
