Import testimonials from Google Reviews/Business
Senja lets you import reviews from your Google Business profile and automatically bring in new ones as they come in.
Importing from Google works on all plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. Auto-import needs a paid plan: Starter or Pro.

How to import from Google Reviews
Go to Import → Import from web: https://app.senja.io/import/web
Click the Google icon
Type your business name under Business name and address, then choose the right one from the suggestions (check the name and address)
Click Import testimonials
Choose which reviews you want to import, or select all to import everything
Can't find your business? Type the full name on your Google profile. You can also search for your business on Google, then copy and paste the exact name into the search field.
Your Google reviews are now in Senja.

Troubleshooting
Only some of my Google reviews imported
You've reached the Free plan limit
The Free plan stores up to 15 testimonials. Once you reach it, further imports are restricted. Deleting testimonials doesn't free up space, so upgrade to Starter or Pro for unlimited testimonials. See What happens after I collect more than 15 testimonials?
Google's import limits
Google can limit how many reviews are imported in one go. Wait a few minutes and try again. If it still doesn't work, contact Support.
My imported reviews show the wrong date
Review dates come from our data provider, and we can't always confirm them with Google. If a date looks wrong, you can hide dates in your widget.
My business has no address and I can't find it
Online-only businesses without a physical address don't appear in the suggestions. Use the Senja Chrome extension instead.
New reviews aren't syncing
Click Import now on your Google connection in Auto-import. If that doesn't help, contact Support.
