How do I collect text testimonials only?

Most of your customers might feel uncomfortable in front of the camera, and text testimonial would be the best way to go. Senja let you limit the testimonials to text-only, if this option fits your demographic best.

Classic Form

• Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

• Create new form or edit your existing form

• Go to Welcome page section

  • Leave the checkbox empty on Collect Video Testimonials

  • Tick the checkbox for Collect Text Testimonials

• Click Save changes

  

• Your form is now only collecting text testimonials

Forms 2.0

• Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

• Create new form or edit your existing form

• Go to Form tab

• Scroll down to the question slide

• On the right sidebar, choose Text to limit the testimonial to text only

• Click Save changes
