How to set form invitation reminder

Form invitation reminders automatically follow up with customers who haven't responded to your initial invite. Senja sends three reminder emails at 1, 3, and 7 days after the original invitation to increase your response rate.

Turn off or on the email reminders

  • Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms

  • Edit the form that you want to set

  • Go to Emails tab > Invite email

  • Scroll down until you find Automatically follow up toggle

    • Turn-off the reminders: Put the toggle off

    • Turn-on the reminders: Put the toggle on

  • Click Save changes

Your settings save automatically. All future invites sent from this form will include the three reminder emails.

Notes

Reminders use the same email template, subject line, and content as your initial invite. To customize the message, edit your invite email settings in the same tab.
