Overview
This guide will show you how to customize the URL of your testimonial collection forms by editing the "slug," which is the final part of the URL that identifies a specific form.
Prerequisites
You must have an active Senja account.
You need to have at least one form created.
Before you begin
Important: Changing a form's URL slug will break any existing links to that form that you've already shared. You will need to update any anwhere you have shared or embedded the form link.
Steps
Navigate to the Forms page in your Senja dashboard.
Click on the form you wish to edit from the list.
On the form editor page, click on the form's URL, which is displayed near the top of the page.
An "Edit Form URL" dialog will appear. In the "Edit Slug" field, you can customize the end of your URL. For example, you could change a URL from
/forms/new-form-1to/forms/customer-feedback.
Your slug can only contain alphanumeric characters and dashes.
Click "Save" to update your form's URL.
Verify the setup
Once saved, the form editor page will reload, and the new URL will be reflected in your browser's address bar. Your form is now accessible at the new URL.
