How do I edit the thank you email?
Senja can send automatic thank you emails when someone submits a testimonial. Customization options depend on your form type.
Classic Form has no option to update the thank you email, you can only change the thank you message.
Customize the thank you email
Forms 2.0 lets you customize the subject, message, and even add a video to your thank you emails.
Go to your Forms page: https://app.senja.io/forms
Edit your form
Click the Emails tab, then Thank you email
Toggle Enable automatic thank you emails on
Edit the Subject field (required)
Edit your message using the markdown editor
Use variables like
{{ first_name }}or{{ name }}to personalizeOptionally, Record a thank you video (paid plans only)
Click Save changes
A live preview shows how your email will look with your logo, content, and any rewards or CTAs you've set up.
You can disable automatic thank you emails entirely if you prefer to send them manually.
Classic Forms
Classic Forms don't have email customization. You can only customize the thank you page that appears after submission.
