Does Senja receive partial form submissions?

This article explains how partial form submissions are handled and how to recover unsubmitted video testimonials.

Can clients resume incomplete submissions?

No, clients cannot resume an incomplete testimonial submission. Once they leave the form, they must start over from the beginning.

When do form submissions appear in your dashboard?

You only see an entry in your dashboard when a user completes all form questions. The user must also click the final Submit button.

How are partial video testimonials handled?

Video testimonials are automatically saved in our system after upload. This happens even if the user does not complete the entire form.

• You can contact us at any time to retrieve them, we will share them with you at your preferred interval.

How can you recover unsubmitted video testimonials?

You can check your CSV file of submissions to see if videos were uploaded. If they are present, contact our Support team to manually upload these videos to your account.

How can you prevent incomplete submissions?

Do not change the button in the middle of the form from Continue to Submit. Keep the Submit button in the end of the form only.
