Can I offer rewards to my customers?

You can offer rewards to customers who submit testimonials through your Senja forms. This feature works in both Classic Forms and Form 2.0, helping you collect more testimonials by incentivizing submissions.

Rewards are delivered on the thank you page and via email (if you enable the thank you email in your form settings)

Types of rewards you can offer

Here are some effective reward options:

  • Coupon code - Offer a discount code in exchange for testimonials. This incentivizes positive reviews while driving repeat sales

  • Donation to charity - Donate to a cause in your customer's name. This shows social responsibility while encouraging testimonials

  • Early access - Give customers first access to new products, services, or content. Great for rewarding loyal customers and generating pre-launch social proof

  • Exclusive content - Provide lead magnets, video tutorials, or access to private communities. Shows appreciation for customer feedback

  • Digital gift card - Everyone loves a gift card. Simple and effective for driving testimonial submissions

How reward delivery works

When a customer completes your form, the reward is automatically delivered in two ways:

  • Displayed on the Thank you & word of mouth page

  • Sent via email (requires configuration)

To enable email delivery, make the email field required in the About you slide (Form tab) and enable Thank you email in the Emails tab when editing your form

Tracking reward claims

Senja doesn't send notifications when customers claim rewards, but you can check manually:

  • Go to your Proof page at https://app.senja.io/

  • Click on any testimonial to open the customer's page

  • The reward appears above the testimonial

Getting help

If you run into issues with rewards, contact Senja Support with:

  • The specific form link or form name

  • Browser type and version

  • Any error messages

  • Whether the reward email was delivered despite UI issues

  • Screenshots or screen recordings of the problem
