How to import testimonials into Senja
Senja is the single home for all your proof: video and text testimonials, reviews, shoutouts, screenshots, and case studies. This article shows the different ways to bring proof you already have into Senja, so you can pick the right one.
Importing is available on all Senja plans: Free, Starter, and Pro. Auto-import needs a paid plan: Starter or Pro.

Go to your Import page: https://app.senja.io/import, then pick the method that matches where your proof is.

On the Free plan, imported testimonials count toward your 15-testimonial limit. Once you reach it, Import from web and Manual import need an upgrade before they run, and spreadsheet uploads arrive hidden until you upgrade. See What happens after I collect more than 15 testimonials?
What happens after the import
Your testimonials appear on your Proof page: https://app.senja.io/
The Proof page sorts testimonials by the date they were written, not the date you imported them, so an old review won't appear at the top
Spreadsheet uploads run in the background, and you'll get an email when they're done
Add tags while you import to find testimonials more easily later
You can use imported testimonials straight away in widgets and Walls of Love

Moving from another testimonial tool?
Testimonial.to has its own one-click migration (see the table above). For any other testimonial tool or review platform, use one of the other methods:
Check Import from web first: many review platforms are supported directly
Export to a spreadsheet: if your old tool lets you export a CSV, bring everything in at once with Upload spreadsheet
Use the Chrome extension to grab testimonials from any webpage
Add them yourself with Manual import
